Returns were pretty straightforward for me. You just follow the instructions on their site. Had to send back a candle that wasn't for me, no issues.

I think you have a certain number of days, like 14, to return it if it's unopened. Always good to double-check their policy page but it seemed standard to me.

Way more reliable than Notino for niche stuff, in my opinion. 50ml.it is a curated boutique, Notino is more like a discounter. Quality and authenticity feel higher with 50ml.it.

Most places only let you stack if it's explicitly stated, and I don't think 50ml.it does. Usually, it's one coupon at a time.

I'm in Naples and it usually takes 3-4 business days for me. Rome might be a bit faster, but I wouldn't count on less than 3.
